Brandi Thrailkill
Brandi brings over twenty years of experience in the legal field. She started in the industry as a court courier servicing Florida and has handled national accounts. She is Rey Pickett’s research analyst and notary republic. She assists in jurisdictional oversight as it relates to project requirements. She brings a keen analytical eye and verve for regulation oversight and compliance. Brandi is a voracious reader and nature lover, often exploring new hiking trails.

Their focus is data driven improvements on policies and procedures, public record financial audits, while assisting other families relocating to the Midwest. Their work seeks to support the balance between technology and residents involving residential development and expansion, hyperscale impact.
Why this is important
Developments and residential upgrades are crucial to supporting the current networking and transportation infrastructure required for modern life. This current expansion of new residents and hypescale development in residential neighborhoods is the primary focus to our firm.

This new industry is creating jobs and pushing migration trends to the Midwest. These migration patterns are opening up new roles in construction, plumbing, electrical work and many more. These jobs are stimulating the local economy and encouraging growth in the region. The Cincinnati area is crucial as it is directly posited between several major cities with data center growth such as Columbus and Indianapolis. The needs of the residents already in place are paramount in balancing this new industry.
