Who We Are:
Rick is an expert in the telecommunications industry with an impressive resume spanning fiber optics, fusion splicing, network design and is currently focused on data center networking. Nichole is a researcher employed in the finance industry. Her research expertise identified key areas of stress during the veteran transition to civilian life while leaving active duty.
Primary focus
Their focus is data driven improvements on policies and procedures, public record financial audits, and assisting other families relocating to the Midwest to support the data center industry.
Why this is important
Data centers are crucial to supporting the current networking infrastructure. This new industry is creating jobs and pushing migration trends to the Midwest. These migration patterns are opening up new roles in construction, plumbing, electrical work and many more. These jobs are stimulating the local economy and encouraging growth in the region. The Cincinnati area is crucial as it is directly posited between several major cities with data center growth such as Columbus and Indianapolis.

Politics and accountability
Upon moving to the Midwest there were open and obvious discrepancies in the public record data available for the area and the lived experience of the residents. This triggered community involvement and research into public records and policies and procedures. Their goal is to improve the lived experience and quality of life of all residents by assisting in guiding a narrative that supports all residents by demanding accountability on subjects that directly impacts residents.
